You don’t need to provide anything. We understand that it may be difficult to prepare comprehensive documentation (such as requirements specifications or basic design documents) at the time of your request. We have the testing expertise to handle such situations. Additionally, if necessary, we can create screen flowcharts or screen lists on our end to proceed with the project. So even if you feel hesitant to contact us because you have no documentation at all, please feel free to reach out to us.

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. Furthermore, if the deadline seems impossible to meet, we will propose solutions to ensure we provide the best possible support, such as “limiting the scope” or “prioritizing and confirming the scope of work.”

We own a total of over 300 smartphones—including Android devices sold domestically and iPhones—so we can verify your app on your preferred test devices based on your needs. Rather than renting devices from specialized rental companies to resolve issues caused by a lack of test devices during development—which can be a major bottleneck—we offer testing on specified devices at a far more affordable rate. We encourage you to take advantage of this service.

About Our Services

In addition to system testing, our main services include "vulnerability assessments" and "load (performance) testing."
We offer vulnerability assessments for web applications, smartphone apps, and networks.

Through load (performance) testing, we measure the performance of your developed system and verify its actual behavior during periods of high traffic.

Therefore, as a general rule, we will use the tools you use on a daily basis to ensure smooth communication.

Vulnerability assessments are typically conducted by category, such as network, OS, and applications.
For web application assessments, we investigate security by simulating vulnerabilities from an attacker’s perspective and incorporating simulated attacks, thereby minimizing the risk of cyberattacks.

Vulnerability assessments can be categorized into automated assessments using tools and manual assessments performed directly by technicians.
The cost varies depending on which type of assessment is performed and the scale of the target system.

For small-scale assessments, vulnerability assessments can be completed in 1 to 2 weeks; however, for large and complex sites, they may take several weeks to over a month.

Load testing involves seven processes: setting objectives, assessing the current state, designing the test, preparing for the test, executing the test, analyzing the results, and sharing the results.
