Initiatives
We are striving to ensure 100% participation in health checkups
As a company, we are implementing initiatives aimed at achieving a 100% participation rate in regular health checkups to promote employee health.
- We send reminders to employees who have not yet made an appointment to encourage them to undergo the examination and raise awareness of the importance of health checkups.
We encourage follow-up tests and health guidance based on the results of the checkups
- For employees whose results indicate a need for further testing, such as those classified as “requiring medical attention,” a designated representative contacts them individually to encourage them to undergo follow-up testing.
We implement various initiatives with employee health in mind
- We have designated health promotion coordinators at each location to oversee these initiatives.
- We disseminate information related to health promotion throughout the company.
- We provide financial assistance for flu vaccinations.
- First-aid kits are provided at each location.
- We strictly enforce smoking restrictions (smoking is prohibited throughout the company).
- We offer a counseling service called "Mental Support Service" to help resolve mental health issues. This service is available when
you are worried about work or family matters, or when you are feeling stressed.
