We leverage our accumulated expertise to offer proposals aimed at improving quality
Do you have concerns such as, “We’re conducting tests, but quality isn’t improving,” or “We want to perform efficient testing, but we don’t know how”? At GENZ, we offer testing consulting services to address these concerns. Drawing on our accumulated expertise, we provide proposals aimed at improving quality, including determining the appropriate test scope for each project and implementing efficient testing methods tailored to your environment and business operations.
"We want to reduce costs by properly managing the testing process."
As development becomes more efficient and man-hours decrease year by year, while testing man-hours continue to rise, we often hear comments like the one above based on current project management conditions. As testing effort increases, the proportion of the development budget allocated to the testing phase is also growing. While efficient, high-quality testing is key to cost reduction, the focus over the past decade has been on streamlining development, with testing often taking a back seat. Consequently, few companies have dedicated testing staff for application development.Whether your goal is to “establish a system to streamline testing efforts” or you have other specific needs, we leverage our unique strengths to provide tailored solutions and resolve your challenges.
As QA experts, GENZ supports high-quality system development.
Please feel free to contact us with any quality-related issues or concerns.
