Message from the CEO

GENZ was founded as a software testing company and has grown while taking on various challenges, such as expanding into the real estate business and establishing group companies.

I believe we have been able to continue growing because we have faced head-on and stood by the simple yet fundamental desire of our clients—who are engaged in manufacturing—to “provide better quality and better service.” Even in difficult situations, we have strived to create “value” that goes beyond simply testing and detecting bugs.

Under the slogan, “In the end, for the sake of our clients, we take a step back and gently take the lead,” we aspire to be a company that thinks alongside our clients and continues to provide gentle, behind-the-scenes support.

  • May 2016: Established GENZ Co., Ltd.
  • March 2018: Obtained a license for temporary staffing services
  • April 2018: Relocated GENZ headquarters to Yotsuya
  • September 2018: Opened GENZ QCLab in Yotsuya
  • July 2019: Obtained ISMS certification
  • January 2020 : Opened Sapporo Branch
  • February 2020: Acquired a subsidiary through a stock transfer
  • March 2020: Relocated GENZ QCLab to Akihabara
  • April 2020: Transferred part of the business to ONE WEDGE Co., Ltd.
  • April 2020 : Opened Home Box Shinjuku Branch
