At GENZ, we provide support for testing, including PC testing, smart device testing, and testing of various embedded devices.
We conduct tests based on the test design, and if any defects are found, we create a defect report and submit it to you using your preferred method.
We prioritize the integration of test execution and defect management, and we manage the daily status of test execution.
We link test case results with defects (via our management tool) as shown below.

- Progress management (planning the direction of testing for the current day or the following days)
- QA Support (Serving as a central point of contact to consolidate issues and confirmation items with testers and clients)

Bug management
Defects discovered during testing are managed using the client’s preferred management tool.
* Commonly used defect management tools include Redmine and Backlog.
Additionally, we manage defects or issues tailored to the client’s specific needs.
We use management tools to track defect occurrence and resolution status
, and notify relevant parties in real time.
Furthermore, upon client request, we can compile test results into bug curves or perform quality analysis.
By visualizing these results, we can provide a report serving as a guideline for future quality improvement.
