While the approach and strategy for testing vary depending on the scale and nature of the system, we generally follow the process outlined below to determine an appropriate testing strategy and deliver testing services at a reasonable cost.
Initial Consultation
At the consultation stage, it is perfectly fine if project details, a finalized schedule, or confirmed specifications have not yet been established.
We will conduct a consultation to discuss the test targets, scale, a rough schedule (estimates in months are sufficient), your concerns, and the issues you wish to resolve.
Quote
We will prepare a quote based on the information gathered during our consultation.
Cost Adjustments / Accommodating Additional Requests
We will adjust costs in response to any changes in the project status that arise after the quote is presented, or in response to the quote itself.
Since cost considerations are likely related to your budget, please feel free to consult with us. We will propose the optimal testing solution within your budget.
Order Placement
We will process the order for the testing services, and the contract will be finalized.
Test Design / Creation of Test Plan (Test Specifications)
We will conduct test design and create the test plan (test specification) while thoroughly understanding the specifications of the system to be tested.
During this phase, we may request your cooperation regarding matters such as answering questions about detailed specifications and reviewing the deliverables.
Preparation of Test Equipment
For testing smartphone apps or web applications, please specify your preferred test devices or browsers.
We will handle the preparation of actual smartphones and web browsers, so there is no need for you to arrange the equipment yourself.

Test Execution and Defect Reporting
We will conduct testing based on the test plan (test specifications) created by our testing team.
We will report any defects detected during testing using the method specified by the client.
Additionally, depending on the situation, we will attach evidence such as screenshots taken when the defect occurred or videos illustrating the defect, thereby reducing the burden on the development team when investigating the issue.
Bug Fixes
After reporting defects detected during testing, we will verify the fixes implemented by the development team for any defects resolved within the testing period.
We will confirm that the detected defects have been reliably resolved.
Delivery
Upon completion of testing, we will deliver the complete set of test deliverables created for the project via your specified method.
